The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our customer relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and growth phases, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Drive product adoption by educating customers on best practices and solutions tailored to their business.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable insights to internal teams.
  • Identify and address churn risks while uncovering opportunities for expansion and upselling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications and Experience

We’re looking for a dynamic professional who thrives on fostering meaningful connections and helping customers succeed.

You Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
